Ashoka- fierce to peaceful

Conquer

There was a warrior,
he wanted peace through war,
as he got older,
his thoughts grew bolder.

He conquered and conquered
did not stop at all,
killings….murders….executions….
he did not care at all,

but then,
as he walked through his victory,
he came to know what he had done,
killed for love….
killed his love….

Which changed his universe,
Once and for all,
joined peace through peace
and the last thing he killed was….
WAR.
